PROGRAM This is the fourth annual Internet Radio Linking Project
(IRLP)
meeting in Las Vegas. It is a technical meeting in nature. Hear David
Cameron,
IRLP System Designer provide information that will enable node owners
to better
understand the hardware and software design features of IRLP nodes and
reflectors. You will learn how and why it works the way it does.
Join in
an open forum to discuss those items of special interest to you and
swap your
best experiences with others. Get a look in the past and the future of
the IRLP
system. Learn how IRLP started and where IRLP is going. Share
experience
with commercial applications of voice over IP. Items will be added to
the
technical program as interest dictates.
Those that attended last years event agreed without exception that it
was well
worth their time and expressed strong interest in continuing with an
annual node
owners meeting in Las Vegas. Many friendships resulted from the last
meeting. It
is always great to meet the person that goes with the voice from the
radio. The
Node Owners Meeting provides a great opportunity to have that eyeball
QSO.
